{{fxCount}}I design and make objects, spaces and imaginaries from what is “already there”. Each becomes the starting point of a new piece, between use and memory.
The observation that comes before drawing reveals what can change place, function or meaning. My approach does not seek an aesthetic but a continuity: extending what exists by reinterpreting it, to open it to other uses and other stories.
Every project can open through four different entries: material, craftsmanship, form or culture. They are the elements that start the thinking and feed it; depending on the case, they cross, answer one another, or one takes over from the others.
My work was built in the field, through projects carried out with residents, craftspeople and institutions, in France as in Greece.
Working in several design studios, I followed projects from the first sketches to completion, between the office and the workshop. There I learned to work with the means, materials and people at hand: collective building sites, reuse and direct dialogue with those who make.
Since 2026 I have carried this approach on as an independent designer, also developing my own pieces. Always listening, I remain open to new projects, collaborations and the encounters that spark them.
